Terms And Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the provision of professional landscaping and gardening services ("Services") provided by Symphony Greenscape ("Company", "we", "us", "our") to the client ("Client", "you", "your"). By hiring Symphony Greenscape, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.1. Symphony Greenscape provides landscaping, garden design, maintenance, and other related services as described in the Service Agreement, Work Order, or Quote.
1.2. We will perform the Services in a professional, competent, and timely manner, utilizing the necessary skills and expertise required for the project.

2.1. All quotes provided by Symphony Greenscape are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
2.2. Any modifications or changes requested by the Client after the acceptance of the quote may incur additional charges, and we will communicate these changes in writing.
2.3. A signed acceptance of the quote or agreement to proceed with the Services will constitute a binding contract between you and Symphony Greenscape.

3.1. Payments are due as per the terms outlined in the invoice provided to the Client. Symphony Greenscape may require an initial deposit before commencing work, typically 30% of the total project cost, unless otherwise agreed.
3.2. Final payment is due upon completion of the Services or within the time frame stated on the invoice.
3.3. Late payments may result in interest charges at a rate of $10 per day, accruing from the due date of payment.
3.4. We reserve the right to suspend Services if payments are not made within the agreed terms.

4.1. Cancellations by the Client must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
4.2. If the Client cancels less than 48 hours before the service date, Symphony Greenscape reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equal to 5% of the total service cost.
4.3. If we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions), we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to reschedule at the earliest convenient time.

5.1. The Client shall provide access to the property and any necessary permissions to perform the Services.
5.2. You must ensure that all utilities, such as water and electricity, are available during the time the Services are being performed.
5.3. The Client agrees to disclose any information regarding the site, such as underground pipes, cables, or other obstacles that may affect the project. Symphony Greenscape is not responsible for damages caused by undisclosed hazards or obstacles.

7.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party materially breaches any provision of this Agreement and fails to cure the breach within 15 days after receiving notice of the breach.
7.2. Upon termination, the Client will be responsible for payment of any services rendered up to the date of termination, as well as any materials purchased specifically for the project.

8.1. Symphony Greenscape will not be held liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, inclement weather, labor strikes, or other unforeseeable events.

9.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maryland.
9.2. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as mutually agreed upon by the parties.

10.1. Symphony Greenscape reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with any updates or amendments posted on our website or communicated to you in writing.

11.1. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

By agreeing to proceed with Symphony Greenscape's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
